The Löwencrowd app is the oficial fan app of the German professional basketball team, Brunnswick Lions.
Via their app, they provide their fans a central place to get news, game scores and collect digital collectibles like stickers.

To facilitate this, they offer fans gameday collectibles which they give out as an attendance reward at their home games and which fans can collect by scanning a QR code found in the stadium.

The Löwencrowd app has provided the Lions with a channel to connect their fans with their existing sponsors.
They did this by creating a “lion of the game” voting, sponsored by Volkswagen Financial Services. A more unique and engaging way to activate sponsors.
